**Membership Commitment**

All memberships require a 180-day minimum commitment prior to cancellation.

Memberships automatically renew each month until canceled by either the member or staff.

Unused services within a membership do not roll over to the next month.

A 30-day written cancellation notice is required prior to the desired cancellation date.
