Rise and Thrive Psychiatric Services (RTPS) is a hybrid concierge psychiatry practice located in Chardon, Ohio, offering personalized, high-access mental health care through both virtual and in-person visits. The practice provides a flexible model including membership-based concierge care, pay-per-visit options, and a hybrid structure to meet a wide range of patient needs. The practice offers psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy, and wellness services designed to enhance emotional well being while allowing clients to receive personalized care without insurance restrictions.

We operate on a private-pay/concierge model; we do not bill insurance, but we provide superbills upon request for out of network coverage. We offer several payment options and believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, and we are committed to making our services accessible to all.
